We worked with a local residential developer on the refurbishment of this prestigious, 5,900 sq ft Grade II-listed house in Tunbridge Wells.

To advise on space planning issues and the division of the property, along with recommendations on finishes, lighting and sanitary ware.

⥤ Challenges

To work with the property’s listed status, whilst encompassing a wide scope of works, including a new roof, new windows, complete re-wiring throughout, new heating and a comprehensive AV installation covering the six-bedroom, five-bathroom family house.
